Inspiring others
You don't just understand yourself: you live consistently with what you understand. Your perception of your inner and outer world becomes sharper. You develop discernment, equanimity and a steadier presence. You inspire others, and you teach more by example than by explanation.
Key
We teach, above all by example.
What to do here
Act consistently with what you understand, and adjust your decisions.
How to work at this stage
The work becomes subtler and more demanding. The surface patterns are already visible; what remains are the deeper, more protected beliefs. The practice moves from noticing to questioning.
- Find one gap between what you say you value and what you actually do, and close it through consistent action.
- When you feel defensive, ask: "What am I protecting here? Does it need protecting?"
- Seek out people very different from you and practise genuine curiosity about their experience.
- Review the beliefs you are most sure of and ask: "What would have to be true for this to be wrong?"
- Put your self-knowledge at the service of someone else: teaching, accompanying, or simply being present.
